I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a balcony with a great view of the beach, making it perfect for hanging out with friends. The modern room even had USB plugs at the night tables. The service was top-notch, with helpful and professional staff anticipating our needs. The location couldn't be better, right near the beach and with easy access to Jaffa and Rothschild. While the dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options, the overall experience was excellent.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right near the beach and within walking distance or a short Uber ride of Jaffa and Rothschild. The rooms are spacious with a lounge area and gorgeously decorated with flat-screen TVs, lush beds, and comfy robes. On the downside, there is no full-length mirror in the room, only the one in the bathroom.

Rooms

The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a refrigerator and a welcoming basket filled with gourmet treats and wine.

The hotel offers very nice and roomy rooms, though they had a smell of drains that persisted despite our complaints. The rooms could be fancier considering the price paid, but overall, they are pleasant.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had a smell of drains in the bathroom which we complained about but was not fixed. However, they were very nice and roomy.
Service
5.0
The service had a mix of experiences. While the hotel is ideal for leisure and business trips with excellent business centers and amenities, some staff members exhibited a 'not my job' attitude which was disappointing. Additionally, one staff member shouted and humiliated me for no reason, tarnishing the otherwise nice physical property.
Location
6.0
The hotel is near the Carmel market with nice decoration; however, the service was below expectations. The location is great for exploring Tel Aviv and is within walking or a short cab ride to Jaffa and Rothschild.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was very average with a focus on quantity over quality. While located at the reception level, the food was not exceptional.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers a range of facilities like room service, car hire, and valet parking. However, the overall service and value for money could be improved.

The hotel offers luxurious and clean rooms, with a lovely Club Level that provides a wonderful breakfast away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. However, the overall value for money may not be worth what you receive.

Rooms

Service
7.0
The staff was very helpful in recommending trips, restaurants, and Tel Aviv sightseeing. However, the abrupt clearing of sunbeds and umbrellas without prior notice was a downside.
Location
6.0
The location is very nice and convenient, situated between Tel Aviv and Jaffa, with trendy areas nearby. However, some aspects of service could be improved.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast is well below expectation for an Israeli 5-star hotel, which may not align with what one would anticipate. On the other hand, the dining experience is still one of the best in the area.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities are nice, but there is room for improvement in terms of service.

The hotel rooms were a little dated but comfortable, lacking a sea view, yet large and very comfortable. The service, especially in the concierge office, was attentive, efficient, and very friendly, with standout staff members Marlen, Shoval, Yihya, and Nir being very nice. The location was good with outstanding staff and a great view, opposite the boardwalk, in the mid-sixties, offering easy access to the beach. The dining experience was limited but marvelous. Overall, the facilities were modern and convenient, catering to various needs.

The hotel boasts spacious rooms with ample storage space, although some maintenance issues affected our stay. The service was a mix of wonderful training and occasional gaps in information. The location offers access to the city's highlights but could use some improvements in cleanliness. Dining provided a good variety of dishes with a high price tag. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
